Exciting opportunity within the Aerospace industry! Techforce Personnel is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's Operations team. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused professional to become the key point of contact for external clients — including Defence stakeholders and industry partners — in a security-conscious, compliance-driven environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate service delivery, manage client communications, and support day-to-day operations, working closely with internal engineering and logistics teams. Key responsibilities: • Serve as the key point of contact for clients and Defence stakeholders • Manage enquiries, communications and reporting in line with SLAs and Defence protocols • Prepare work orders, invoices, quotations and client documentation • Collaborate with operations, engineering and logistics teams • Support compliance, audits and HSE requirements Essential requirements: • Experience in customer service, coordination or stakeholder engagement within a regulated environment; • strong communication skills; • high attention to detail; • ability to manage confidential information and competing priorities; • proficient in business systems and MS Office applications. Desirable: • Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or a Degree/Diploma in Production or Project Management; • Defence, government or Defence-industry experience; • understanding of Defence contracts/SLAs; • familiarity with security clearance processes.
