Job Description Summary A strategic and hands-on Data Lead who combines deep expertise in data engineering, cloud technologies, reporting platforms, and AI-driven innovation to deliver scalable enterprise solutions, drive engineering excellence, and accelerate business value through modern data and automation capabilities. Job Responsibilities- • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data solutions leveraging SQL Server, Informatica, SSIS, SSRS, Power Platform, cloud-native services, and AI technologies . • Identify and engage the appropriate cross-functional resources required for successful delivery, including Data Engineering, Reporting, Cloud, QA, Infrastructure and Risk/Security teams. • Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to define technical strategies, design scalable solutions, and present recommendations to internal and external dependent teams. • Proactively plan and communicate extended time-off schedules to Product Owners and leadership teams to support effective resource planning • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing to develop team capabilities across data engineering, cloud modernization, Power Platform, and AI technologies. • Participate in key governance and leadership forums, including Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, Technical Lead Reviews, Management Reviews, and Governance meetings. • Evaluate resource capacity and proactively identify staffing needs, including contractor and consulting requirements. • Conduct technical interviews and assessments for engineering and data-focused roles. • Ensure compliance with organizational requirements, including mandatory training, time reporting, and operational governance processes. #LI-DNI If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
