Sales Consultant - Student Accommodation

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. • Conduct product/service presentations and explain features and benefits to potential customers. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer handling. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively. • Target-driven with a positive and proactive approach. • Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage
