Your Role PHSA are seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver Vocational and New Employer Services (NES) including assessment, intervention and case management services to clientele across varying schemes such as WorkSafe Victoria, TAC (Transport Accident Commission), Comcare, Life Insurance and Self Insurance with the primary function of supporting recovery and return to work. What You’ll Need • Membership/registration with AHPRA or ASORC in line with respective tertiary qualification • 2 or more years of experience working within occupational rehabilitation (or equivalent experience in clinical / similar industry) • Direct experience working with TAC referred cases desirable • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Experience in end to end case management including case noting, working to service standards and report writing • Proven experience in the achievement of milestone and incentive outcomes for workers with injury (or equivalent experience in similar industry) • Have a current driver’s licence, motor vehicle and willingness to travel to deliver face-to-face servicing as required Why Choose PHSA? • Flexibility & Autonomy: Shape your own work schedule and enjoy the freedom to work independently, with support always within reach.
