About the Opportunity We are looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company automating complex travel logistics for the maritime and aviation industries. Headquartered in Rotterdam, the international team replaces manual booking processes with real-time, self-service solutions. In this role, you will help bring product and market stories to life through high-quality marketing assets. Reporting directly to the Product Marketing and Content Manager, you will take strategic directions and turn them into finished, multi-channel materials with increasing independence. What You’ll Do • Turn positioning angles and strategic directions into polished landing pages, case studies, sales one-pagers, webinar materials, and social media posts • Adapt single core assets into multiple content pieces tailored for different channels and audience segments • Brief and collaborate with external designers and agencies to scale production when needed • Monitor performance metrics across published content and bring your own insights on what works • Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to streamline content generation and scale output as part of an agentic marketing team Requirements What We Are Looking For • You are based in the Netherlands with full legal authorization to work, such as an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit • You can work on-site 3 days a week in the Rotterdam office, specifically on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays • You have a portfolio demonstrating experience writing and editing B2B content across varied formats (Applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed) • You use AI tools daily in your writing workflow and have a clear view on where they help and where they fall short • You can take high-level messaging and turn it into a strong first draft without needing a micro-brief • You possess fluent business English in both written and spoken communication Nice to Have • Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, maritime, or aviation sectors • Familiarity with SEO writing or supporting integrated marketing and product launch campaigns Benefits What’s in It for You • Monthly salary ranging from €3,500 to €4,500 gross, depending on experience • 25 paid vacation days plus 30 work-from-abroad days per year • Clear mentorship from your manager with a genuine path to specialize in content or product marketing as the team grows • Hands-on opportunity to experiment with AI and help shape how an agentic marketing team works in practice Please submit your resume along with a link to your portfolio.
