Responsibilities
include executing a tiered ABM strategy for key accounts, creating regional field calendars, and collaborating closely with Sales teams to drive pipeline growth. This impactful role requires managing regional initiatives, fostering partnerships, and delivering measurable results.
It offers an opportunity to lead efforts and build meaningful collaborations. The position operates in a hybrid capacity from Ireland. About the Team You'll join the Global Field & Strategic Events team, sitting within the broader Growth & Demand Generation function.
Our buyers are enterprise leaders including CHROs, CIOs, and Internal Communications leaders, so this role is built around account based marketing as its operating model.
Responsibilities
Executing the EMEA field marketing strategy as a tiered ABM approach: 1:1 for specific strategic accounts, 1:few for account groups, and 1:many for broader segments.
Building and managing the regional field calendar in collaboration with Sales and SDR leadership, customized to account tier, concentration, and deal stage.
Owning a pipeline target for the EMEA region, generating and accelerating pipeline across all account levels, and maintaining consistent standards with other demand channels. Supporting the strategy and execution of global flagship events, such as Workvivo Engage, as part of the broader ABX initiative in EMEA.
Managing the regional field and events budget while ensuring accountability for pipeline efficiency rather than focusing solely on event volume or attendance. Building and maintaining the transition process with Sales Development and Sales ensures every account receives timely, coordinated follow-up aligned
