This role goes far beyond traditional advisory work. You will deliver specialized technical support, operational diagnostics, and customized logistics strategies directly to enterprise fleet leaders and global dealership networks. Key Duties & Daily Operations • Hybrid Arrangement: Benefit from a balanced weekly schedule featuring four onsite days at our modern Ghent location and one work-from-home day. • Corporate Client Relations: Lead high-level B2B communications via telephone and digital enterprise portals, consistently upholding our core values of safety, quality, and reliability. • Analytical Resolution: Diagnose complex supply chain bottlenecks and operational disruptions to deploy swift, tailored solutions for enterprise clients. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work side-by-side with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain divisions to accelerate issue resolution and ensure accurate system logging. • Comprehensive Paid Training: Participate in a fully funded company onboarding program. Prior mechanical or automotive engineering expertise is not required; complete technical training is provided. Desired Profile & Qualifications • Essential Language Requirements: • Dual-Language Fluency: Exceptional, fluent mastery of both Czech and Russian is required, encompassing complete written and spoken proficiency in both languages. • Professional English: A minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) standard is required to navigate internal systems, review technical documentation, and collaborate with international teammates. • Core Strengths: • Emotional Intelligence: Proven ability to stay calm, diplomatic, and focused on solutions during high-pressure situations or peak operational volumes. • Tech-Savviness: Advanced computer skills, including the aptitude to rapidly learn proprietary software and manage multiple programs concurrently. • Shift Adaptability: Willingness to operate within a 24/7 rotating schedule to guarantee continuous assistance for our global clientele.
