x3 Operations Pharmacist (Fulltime, $4000-$5500)

Industry: Healthcare / Pharmacy Salary: $4,000 – $5,500 Location: Pandan Avenue Nearest MRT: Clementi / Jurong East Transport: Company transport provided from Jurong East / Clementi MRT Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm Alternate Saturday, 8:30am – 12:30pm Benefits: Medical & Dental Benefits, AWS & Performance Bonus Job Responsibilities Manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe and timely medication preparation and distribution.

Lead and allocate work to Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants and support staff. Monitor workflow, manpower and operational performance. Train and guide team members to maintain service and competency standards. Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy processes, productivity and medication safety.

Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality standards and safety requirements. Oversee inventory management and minimise wastage, stock-outs and operational issues. Handle service issues and support improvements to the patient/customer experience.

Support audits, projects and other cross-functional initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council. Fully registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and currently practising. Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Good leadership and communication skills.
