About the team Du wirst Teil unseres Teams an der Schnittstelle zwischen internationalem Handel, Exportkontrolle und dem operativen Tagesgeschäft bei STARK. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus verschiedenen Bereichen wie Vertrieb, Einkauf und Logistik zusammen.
Von Anfang an arbeitest du an realen Fällen und sammelst praktische Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen internationalen Umfeld.
Your mission Als Werkstudent im Bereich Exportkontrolle unterstützt du uns dabei, nationale und internationale Exportkontrollvorgaben zuverlässig in unsere täglichen Geschäftsprozesse zu integrieren.
Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen wie Vertrieb, Einkauf und Logistik zusammen und unterstützt bei konkreten Fragestellungen rund um Exportgenehmigungen, Sanktionen, Güterklassifizierungen und länderbezogene Restriktionen.
Dabei erhältst du direkten Einblick in reale Fälle des internationalen Handels- und Exportkontrollrechts und kannst dein theoretisches Wissen unmittelbar in der Praxis anwenden.
Responsibilities
Du beantwortest tägliche Fragen aus Fachabteilungen, zum Beispiel Vertrieb, Einkauf und Logistik, zu exportkontrollrelevanten Abläufen und Prüfschritten. Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Vorbereitung und Ausarbeitung von Ausfuhrgenehmigungsanträgen beim Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA).
Vor geplanten Exporten führst du Recherchen zu Exportgenehmigungen, Sanktionen, Güterklassifizierungen und länderbezogenen Restriktionen durch. Du analysierst und dokumentierst verg
