Senior Business Analyst

: Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems and turning business needs into practical technology solutions? We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our ANZ Software Delivery team. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Solution Architects, Engineers and Test teams to deliver high-quality software and technology solutions across our insurance portfolio. What You’ll Do • Lead discovery workshops and gather business, customer and regulatory requirements • Translate complex needs into clear, prioritised and delivery-ready requirements • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and business rules • Partner with business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle • Support solution design, backlog refinement, prioritisation and delivery planning • Identify risks, dependencies and impacts across software, integration, data and reporting initiatives • Support testing, business validation and successful implementation What You’ll Bring • Proven experience as a Senior, Technical or Technology Business Analyst • Strong experience working in complex software or technology delivery environments • Experience with Agile, hybrid or product-led delivery models • Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data, reporting or cloud technologies • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving and process-mapping capabilities • The ability to confidently bridge the gap between business and technology • Experience in insurance, claims, workers’ compensation or another regulated industry would be highly regarded but is not essential About us DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) is a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner delivering software, services, and solutions to global enterprises and public sector organisations — helping them harness AI to drive outcomes at a time of exponential change with speed.
