Solution Architect - NaaS/Enterprise Networking

Role Overview : We are looking for a Solution Architect - NaaS with strong expertise in enterprise networking, network solution design and pre-sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Wired, Wireless, SD-WAN, Routing, Switching and Firewalls in multi-OEM environments. Key Responsibilities : - Design end-to-end Network as a Service (NaaS) solutions for enterprise customers. - Translate business and technical requirements into scalable network architectures. - Design solutions across Cisco, Aruba and Fortinet environments. - Act as the technical POC for customer discussions, workshops and solution validation. - Support Sales teams in customer presentations, RFP/RFI responses and solution discussions. - Develop HLD/LLD, BOMs, proposals and technical solution artifacts. - Define NaaS service constructs, SLAs, managed services and automation frameworks. - Work with Delivery teams to validate solution feasibility, implementation and transition. Mandatory Requirements : - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Network Solution Architecture, Solution Design or Network Engineering. - Strong expertise in Enterprise Networking - Wired/Wireless, Routing & Switching (L2/L3), WLAN/Wi-Fi and Firewalls. - Hands-on experience designing scalable end-to-end network solutions. - Strong experience with HLD/LLD, BOMs, proposals and solution documentation. - Customer-facing experience across technical discussions, workshops, presentations and RFP/RFI support. - Strong understanding of multi-OEM network environments, preferably Cisco, Aruba and Fortinet. - Excellent communication, solutioning and stakeholder management skills. Preferred : - Relevant certification such as CCNP/CCIE, Aruba ACMP/ACDX, Fortinet certification or equivalent.
