Key Responsibilities • Originate and execute mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory mandates. • Lead capital raising activities, including debt and equity offerings. • Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction marketing materials. • Manage client relationships and provide strategic financial advice to C-suite executives. • Conduct thorough due diligence and manage the transaction process from origination to closing. • Mentor and guide junior members of the investment banking team. Requirements • MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. • 8+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity. • Proven track record of successfully originating and executing significant M&A and capital markets transactions. • Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. • Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory environments, and industry trends. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote client engagement.
