Solution Architect - Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Blue Yonder TMS | Requisition ID: 2208 Job Title: Solution Architect - TMS Work Location: Pan India (Remote) Budget (CTC): Up to 30 LPA Experience Required: 10 - 15 years (Supply Chain), min. 5 years in Blue Yonder TMS Role Overview: This role is for a Lead Functional Consultant for Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) implementations, working with global customers. The Solution Architect will design best-in-class TMS solutions, stay current with the latest product innovations, and act as the functional bridge between customers, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and third-party consultants to ensure timely, successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Drive design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder TMS solutions using industry best practices. - Apply domain expertise to configure and deliver Blue Yonder solutions that best meet customer requirements and business processes. - Lead solution design - ensuring clear structure, validation tasks, and realistic timelines. - Guide system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment for a seamless transition to steady-state operations. - Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure timely value delivery and customer satisfaction. - Assess business needs beyond standard scope, evaluating integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmap fit. - Identify and highlight incremental revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts/projects. - Communicate business cases to Product Management Group (PMG) and Product Development (PD) regarding customer-specific product needs and enhancements. Experience & Qualifications: - 10 - 15 years of overall experience in the Supply Chain domain. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems - either as a Blue Yonder customer or as an implementation consultant. - Solid experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and end-to-end IT project implementations. - Must have been a core team member on at least 3 full IT project implementations. - Experience with other leading supply chain planning platforms (Oracle, Manhattan, SAP) is a plus. - Prior experience in a management consulting firm or a Supply Chain Center of Excellence is preferred. Skills Required: - Strong business analysis skills with working knowledge of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, and tactical supply chain planning. - Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to user, management, and executive-level audiences. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Proficiency with IT tools such as Excel, SQL, and Postman, along with general database familiarity. Education: - Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferred. - Bachelor's degree with equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.
