Head of Accounts & Finance (Listed Entity experience is Must) Key Areas of Responsibilities: - Head Finance & Accounts will play a significant role in developing and achievement of the overall business plans for the organization. Key Must Haves: - Chartered Accountant with listed company experience is must. - Experience of working in a finance function of a listed entity for about 20 to 25 years. - Overall Senior Leadership experience of 15 to 20 years covering broad areas such as Treasury, Controllership, FP&A, Accounts, Consolidation & reporting and taxation. In addition, exposure to Legal and secretarial would be preferable. - The role is directly responsible for the overall Finance & Accounts function (including treasury, Business finance, Consolidation & MIS, taxation, Credit control, Payable & receivables etc) which are critical to the delivery of business strategy/ plans & financial performance of the organisation. - Provide strategic recommendations to the Board, MD & CEO, Management team on the related subjects & co-manage the Board related topics like Compliances, Risk management, Taxation etc. - Work closely with the MD & CEO, CFO and other key business leaders/ functional heads to ensure effective financial related strategies, solutions and cost management initiatives are established to deliver positive financial impact. - Establish, develop and enhance the strategic relations with the internal & external stakeholders (Banks, Investor relations etc). Drives Business Results: - Aspires for and drives excellence, to increase profitability to achieve game changing business results (Results: Quality, efficiency, cost, safety, use of technology etc.). - Strong communication and speaking/presentation skills. - High growth mindset is must.
