Wealth Advisor - HNI/UHNI Portfolio Management

Reporting To: Co-Founder Qualification: - Post Graduate in Finance, Management, Economics, or related discipline - CA and/or CFA preferred - NISM Certifications will be an added advantage About the Company: We are one of the fastest-growing wealth management firms in India with a high-performance culture and a team of 38 professionals. We specialize in delivering customized wealth management solutions to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), helping clients build, preserve, and grow their wealth through comprehensive financial advisory. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow relationships with HNI/UHNI clients. - Handle client investment portfolios ranging from 5 Crore to 25+ Crore. - Provide holistic wealth advisory across multiple asset classes. - Develop customized investment strategies aligned with clients' financial goals and risk appetite. - Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through referrals, networking, and relationship-building. - Monitor portfolio performance and recommend portfolio rebalancing based on market conditions. - Work closely with the Co-Founder on strategic client engagements and business growth initiatives. - Stay updated on financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and investment opportunities. Investment Products Managed: - Mutual Funds - PMS (Portfolio Management Services) - AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) - Fixed Income Products - Structured Products - Domestic Equity Investments - International Equity Investments (preferred but not mandatory) Desired Candidate Profile: - Strong understanding of financial markets and the wealth management industry. - Experience in managing HNI/UHNI portfolios of 100 - 150 Crore or more. - Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and portfolio growth. - Excellent knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and other investment products. - Understanding of international investment products will be an added advantage. - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
