You will partner directly with Operations leadership, driving the strategic transition from a contingent to a full-time workforce. This involves building comprehensive HR capabilities from the ground up in states like New Jersey, Wisconsin, Texas, Georgia, and California. You will tackle complex challenges related to multi-state compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR program implementation, all while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Flexport's mission to make global trade easier for everyone.
