Digital Designer

This role plays a critical part in creating high-quality artwork, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring efficient asset delivery across digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

Design and Asset Creation Create and update digital marketing artwork and eCommerce product images Translate creative briefs into accurate visual assets that align with brand standards Apply sound design judgement to scaling visual hierarchy form and layout consistency Maintain high design standards to ensure accuracy and reduce the need for rework Systems and Workflow Optimisation Upload and maintain digital assets within CMS and DAM platforms Collaborate with marketing and product teams to streamline production workflows Leverage approved AI tools to support asset production while maintaining human oversight Identify continuous improvements to enhance digital workflow efficiency and output quality Requirements Must meet the minimum device specification of a MacBook with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD Demonstrated experience in digital design graphic design or digital asset production Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals layout skills and attention to detail Advanced proficiency in professional design software Intermediate to advanced experience working with Content Management Systems Practical experience or strong capability using Digital Asset Management systems Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in retail eCommerce or fast-paced digital ma
