Senior Manager - Machine Learning & Data Science

Experience : 8 - 12 Years Location : Remote About the Role : We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong experience in developing AI/ML models as well as deploying them as production-ready applications/APIs using Python, Flask/FastAPI and modern deployment technologies. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop and implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business problems. - Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), data preprocessing, feature engineering and statistical analysis. - Develop AI/ML applications and APIs using Python, Flask and/or FastAPI. - Work on Generative AI, LLMs and Transformer-based models. - Develop solutions using NLP and/or Computer Vision techniques. - Build data processing and ML pipelines for large datasets. - Deploy ML/AI models and applications into production environments. - Work with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines for scalable and reliable deployment. Tech Stack : - Python, Flask, FastAPI, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Generative AI, LLMs, Transformers, NLP, Computer Vision, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD. Must-Have Skills : - 8+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or AI. - Strong hands-on programming experience in Python. - Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning. - Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow. - Experience with Generative AI / LLMs / Transformers. - Experience with FastAPI and/or Flask. - Experience in ML/AI model deployment or productionization. - Hands-on experience with Docker. - Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD is preferred. - Good understanding of NLP and/or Computer Vision.
