Come join us For more information, visit www.timingindia.com Job role: - Business Analyst Responsibilities: • Looking for a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to gather requirements, analyze processes, and create clear functional documentation while working closely with stakeholders and technical teams. • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and process flows. • Convert business needs into functional specifications. • Create wireframes and flow diagrams using Figma. • Support UAT: test cases, execution, defect tracking, and validation. • Perform basic data analysis using Excel/SQL. • Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams. • Maintain requirement traceability and manage change requests. • Prepare MOMs, reports, and status updates. Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role RequirementsRequired Skills: • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile. • Experience in BRD, SRS, and user stories. • Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools. • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus. • Experience with Figma and Zoho. • Strong communication and analytical skills • Experience in CMMI Level 5 environment. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum. • Basic understanding of APIs and databases. • Experience with Power BI/Tableau. • Knowledge of BPMN/UML.
