About the company Omilia is a leader in Conversational AI. Our cloud platform powers natural, human like customer conversations over voice and chat for some of the largest enterprises in banking, insurance, telecommunications and hospitality, handling hundreds of millions of interactions a year.

We are a company of roughly 500 people, distributed across Europe and North America, in the middle of an ambitious platform modernization program: Kubernetes everywhere, autoscaling for every service, a next generation observability stack, and AI woven through our own engineering lifecycle.
Role Purpose The Partner Manager, DACH builds and scales Omilia 's ecosystem of system integrators, technology alliances, and CCaaS partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This role is accountable for recruiting, enabling, and growing a network of partners who can source, influence, and deliver Conversational AI opportunities in the region.
The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting to turn partner relationships into a repeatable, revenue-generating channel for the DACH business. Accountabilities Own the strategy for recruiting and developing strategic partners across the DACH region.
Build a partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline that meaningfully contributes to DACH revenue targets. Ensure partners are properly enabled, certified, and equipped to position and sell Omilia 's platform.
Own the health and performance of the DACH partner portfolio, including regular business reviews and joint planning. Act as the primary point of contact between Omilia and its DACH partners, managing the relationship end-to-end.
Ensure partner activity and co-sell opportunities are accurately tracked and reported to the VP of Sales, DACH.
