The Digital Services Technical Lead will have the technical skills to drive innovation and collaboration between diverse teams of Software Developers, AWS Site Reliability Engineers, Automation Engineers, Testing Engineers, Network Engineers, Database Engineers, Cloud Operations Engineers, Tools Engineers, Application Developers, and Security experts.

This is a technical hands-on role. Technical expertise is required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and supporting Windows server systems in a production environment including knowledge and experience of Windows Active Directory, GPO’s, Certificate Management, DNS, and technical support.

• Proven track record in senior consulting or advisory roles with current hands on experience, driving strategic change and digital adoption across multiple business units.

• Expertise in overseeing and implementing a broad range of technology transformation initiatives, especially those involving artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and emerging digital solutions.

• Understand the technical and business environment to be able to assess the true impact and risks and be able to quickly provide executive level communication regarding the status of an event.

• Responsible for responding to RFIs and drafting technical approach responses that align to our roadmap and strategic agenda.
