SAP HCM Consultant - PA/OM/PY

This is a remote position. For a Polish SAP consulting project, we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Payroll (PY), particularly around HR data migration.

This is a hands-on consulting opportunity where you will work directly with the client's HR/Payroll team to analyse source data, clarify migration requirements and support the successful transfer and validation of employee data into SAP HCM.

You will work closely with the client's HR department, translating business and payroll requirements into clear migration rules and ensuring that the data transferred into SAP is complete, consistent and ready for testing and further processing.

If you have strong knowledge of Polish payroll and HR processes and have previously worked on SAP HCM data migration projects, this could be a very good fit.

Scope of responsibilities: Analyse the provided HR data migration templates and clarify the meaning and purpose of individual fields with the client where required. Work directly with the client's HR/Payroll department to complete, validate and clarify source data.

Define the required scope of migration, including the distinction between data valid as of the migration date and the full history of employment and payroll data. Assess how the agreed migration scope impacts the complexity and timeline of the migration.

Identify and define cumulative payroll values that need to be migrated, including ZUS contribution bases and sickness benefit bases from the previous 12 months. Translate Polish HR and payroll requirements into appropriate SAP HCM migration requirements and solutions.

Support migration testing and verify the correctness and completeness of migrated employee data. Investigate data inconsistencies and work with the client to resolve issues identified during migration and testing.
