What you'll be doing: Designing campaign strategy — who we're talking to, what we're saying, how the funnel should flow Building that strategy inside GoHighLevel: workflows, pipelines, triggers — the real thing, not a template Setting up GHL snapshots and SaaS mode when a new account needs one Making sure leads get tagged, scored, and routed to Sales automatically — no manual handoff Watching how your automations perform and improving them based on real data Keeping CRM records clean so nothing gets lost between GHL and the team What we're looking for: At least 1 year real GoHighLevel build experience — you know your way around workflows, pipelines, and triggers, not just a login screen A marketing brain, not just a technical one — you can think through a campaign, not only execute someone else's Comfortable being hands-on and detail-oriented — GHL automations break quietly if nobody's watching them Excellent verbal and written communication Your Role & Contract Contract type: Independent Contractor Full-time Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (Graveyard) — aligns with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST for the client What's in it for you: Permanent Work-From-Home setup Weekends off — Saturdays and Sundays are yours HMO coverage with Maxicare upon regularization, with the option to add dependents Wellness checks and support services Paid Time Off: 40 hours in year 1, growing to 120 hours with tenure Sick Leave: 40 hours (16 available even during probation) Mental Health Leave: 8 hours a year Special leaves: birthday, bereavement, and paternity leave Holiday observance: U.
