Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Sales & Business Development - Facility Management

Will drive disproportionate growth from strategic accounts and new logos. Should be an experienced dealmaker and strategic seller responsible for owning large pursuits, building C level relationships across industries specially GCC, Tech, BFSI, driving consultative, solution led selling across integatred services. Preferred candidate profile : - Should have more than 15 years in B2B sales / business development. Strong experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Hard and Soft FM, Food Services and Workplace Services, B2B Services and Outsourcing environments. - Should have a proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-year deals. - Strong network across corporate decision-makers and CXOs. Own and drive a qualified pipeline of large, complex deals. - Develop and execute account-led and segment-led growth strategies. - Build multi-year pursuit strategies for strategic accounts across industries including GCCs. - Identify and penetrate new logos and whitespace opportunities. - Drive predictable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management. - Lead end-to-end solution selling across IFM, Hard/Soft Services, Food & Transport. - Also drive RFP/RFI/RFQ strategy, bid shaping, and win themes.
