Data Analyst

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Big Data technologies to analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and enable data-driven business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large and complex datasets using Python, PySpark, and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. - Perform data cleaning, transformation, aggregation, and exploratory analysis. - Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Hadoop, Spark, and Big Data technologies. - Develop Excel-based reports, visualizations, and analytical outputs for business stakeholders. - Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for large-scale data analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations. - Ensure data accuracy, quality, consistency, and reliability across analytical workflows. Required Skills: - 6 - 9 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in the Financial Services industry. - Strong hands-on expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL. - Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. - Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Big Data, and MongoDB/NoSQL. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
