Senior Project Management Specialist Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Specialist to lead and support enterprise-wide transformation and modernization initiatives. This role focuses on strategic planning, governance, execution, stakeholder engagement, organizational change, and technology adoption. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a prioritized, outcome-driven transformation roadmap. • Plan, coordinate, and execute project and program activities using Agile methodologies. • Support the development of operating models, frameworks, processes, and reusable project assets. • Facilitate executive alignment, stakeholder collaboration, steering committees, working groups, and project reviews. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization. • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and performance metrics. Qualifications • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale projects, programs, or transformation initiatives. • 3+ years of experience supporting digital transformation, modernization, technology, innovation, or emerging technology initiatives. • Proven experience working in complex, fast-paced Agile environments with competing priorities. • Experience establishing governance structures, operating models, performance metrics, and program oversight frameworks. • Strong background in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, workforce enablement, and workshop facilitation. • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field. • Relevant certifications in project management, Agile, cloud, digital transformation, or related disciplines. • Ability to work in environments requiring appropriate security or background clearance, where applicable.
