The Role We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Forward Deployment to lead how ELGO AI delivers, enables, manages, and grows our enterprise customers. ELGO AI operates a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) + Forward Deployed Strategist (FDS) model .

FDEs work closely with customers to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions, while Strategists act as the overall customer lead, combining solution strategy, business discovery, project leadership, account management, training, and customer success.

Your mission is to build a scalable forward deployment engine that moves customers from initial use cases to successful production adoption, develops their internal AI capabilities, and expands each relationship into a long-term strategic account.

Main Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery and customer success across ELGO AI’s portfolio of enterprise accounts. Design and continuously improve ELGO AI’s FDE + FDS model , playbooks, processes, and delivery standards. Lead, coach, and scale the Forward Deployment team comprising FDEs and Strategists.
