Business Operations Analyst

Work Flexibility: Remote As a Business Operations Analyst, you will partner with customers, sales teams, and business leaders to uncover opportunities, optimize inventory, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve performance.

This role offers the opportunity to influence revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive meaningful business outcomes through analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a fully remote position.

Candidates located in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania are preferred to support business needs within the region.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain customer relationships to identify growth opportunities, improve service levels, and drive revenue performance within assigned territories. Analyze customer purchasing patterns, inventory utilization, and revenue trends to uncover opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.

Deliver data-driven recommendations to customers and sales teams through phone, email, and business reviews to improve efficiency and customer value. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to develop solutions that address customer needs and changing market conditions.

Execute inventory optimization strategies and product conversion initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and business performance. Utilize enterprise systems and customer relationship management tools to manage orders, resolve issues, track customer interactions, and support account performance.

Lead recurring business review meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align on sales objectives, collection strategies, and operational priorities.

Support onboarding and training initiatives by educating field personnel and customers on ordering processes, inventory management practices, and available solutions.
