Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client’s team as an Insurance Agent. This role is ideal for both newcomers and entry-level professionals who are eager to build a rewarding career in the insurance and financial services industry.

Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.

You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with clients while contributing to sales targets and overall business growth. Job Scope : Identify and approach prospective clients through leads, referrals, and networking opportunities.

Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their insurance and financial needs. Provide professional advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options. Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients. Perform follow-up calls and maintain ongoing client relationships.

Conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure clients’ coverage aligns with their evolving needs. Assist clients with policy applications and ensure all documentation is accurately completed.
