We are seeking a skilled Hairdresser to join a small team, providing expert hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to a diverse clientele through both scheduled appointments and walk-ins. This role involves personalized consultations, maintaining salon sanitation, managing inventory, and actively recommending retail products. The ideal candidate is versatile, experienced with traditional and avant-garde techniques, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Cut, style, and color hair according to client preferences and current trends • Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles • Provide exceptional customer service to both scheduled and walk-in clients • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools • Manage appointment scheduling and inventory of hair products and supplies • Stay updated on haircare trends and techniques, including avant-garde and traditional styles • Regularly recommend and sell retail haircare products to clients • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of professional hairdressing experience • Possess a valid Cosmetology Certificate or Diploma • Hold a current Cosmetology License Preferred Qualifications • Proficiency in diverse hair cutting and coloring techniques • Strong skills in styling including avant-garde and traditional methods • Excellent customer service and communication abilities • Knowledge of sanitation best practices • Effective time management and attention to detail • Creativity in developing unique hair styles \nCompany Description ELA LANI HAIR & BEAUTY Exceptional Hair.
