Civil Drafter / Design Drafter

The Role This is a key hire for the business within a small, close knit civil team. You'll work closely with the Director and the wider team producing 2D CAD drawings and documentation across a genuinely varied civil workload. The business is open to either an experienced 2D AutoCAD drafter, or someone who's keen to build their skills into Civil 3D over time. Either way, there's genuine investment in your development, not just a box ticked on a job ad. The Responsibilities • Produce accurate 2D CAD drawings and documentation across civil projects • Support engineers with site grading, contouring and general civil detailing • Build your skills in Civil 3D over time, with genuine support from the business • Help keep a busy and varied project workload moving The Requirements This role suits a civil drafter who's ready to take on a key role within a growing team. In return, you'll be able to demonstrate: • Experience as a Civil Drafter or Design Drafter within an Australian engineering design consultancy • Strong AutoCAD skills • Civil 3D experience, or a genuine interest in learning it, highly regarded but not essential • Comfortable managing a varied workload across multiple projects • Full working rights in Australia This is a genuine opportunity to become a key part of a growing consultancy, with real investment in your technical development.
