We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administration Production Assistant for an exciting opportunity to join the Sales and Production department.Duties & Responsibilities REQUIREMENTS • Grade 12 and relevant qualification advantageous • 2-3 years’ administration experience in the Promotional Gifts and Branding Industry • Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers • Manage multiple projects, track stock levels and maintain accurate stock records • Friendly and professional disposition • Creative and Imaginative Thinking- Being able to envision new trends to meet customers’ promotional needs • Excellent written skills for all administration and emails customers, suppliers and internal teams • Initiative and excellent attention to detail ESSENTIAL • Willingness to work overtime, as and when required DUTIES • Assisting the Buyer and Key Accounts Manager in all areas of their client interaction process and stock requirements • Verify information of products on supplier website and capture data of products on M-Trac • Liaise with customers confidently to get required information for providing samples and delivering to their premises then follow up on order quantities and return of samples • Capture and load suppliers on M-Trac • Manage sample returns from clients • Manage stock and GRV • Upon approval of quotation from clients, place order with suppliers • Follow-up with supplier on collection and / or delivery of orders • Assist with collection and Delivery notes • Edit orders as approved by the sales team and account manager on M-Trac • Load orders on M-Trac • Complete orders and liaise with the dispatch department and / or couriers for delivery of orders • Manage queries on orders short delivered to warehouse and / or customers • Assist with any other administrative task as and when required by the team leader Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
