Senior Software Developer (AI Agent Developer)

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Developer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize intelligent AI agents that automate business processes, support decision-making, and enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), agent orchestration frameworks, API integrations, and enterprise architecture to build scalable AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents using modern agent frameworks. Build scalable, high-performance backend microservices, asynchronous workers, and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI. Design, optimize, and maintain relational and non-relational database schemas, queries, and data storage layers supporting AI workflows. Integrate with and consume curated enterprise data from Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, and internal data lakes to power agent workflows and RAG pipelines. Leverage Azure Cloud & AI Services (e.g., Blob Storage, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search) for scalable model serving, storage, and retrieval. Build and maintain multi-agent systems that collaborate to achieve business objectives. Develop AI workflows leveraging LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge management systems. Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, ERP, CRM, procurement, and workflow platforms. Create tools, plugins, and function-calling capabilities enabling agents to execute business actions. Implement prompt engineering, reasoning workflows, memory management, and agent orchestration strategies. Ensure backend and AI solutions meet security, compliance, privacy, and governance requirements. Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
