We’re looking for a Creative Technologist who lives at the intersection of AI, automation, and creative problem-solving.

This isn’t a “I use ChatGPT sometimes” role—we need someone who understands how large language models actually work, can architect end-to-end workflows, and knows when AI meaningfully saves time versus when it’s just a shiny distraction.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Creative Systems to translate complex creative needs into repeatable, scalable systems.

You Might Be a Fit If You… You can explain the difference between prompt engineering, context engineering, and fine-tuning—and you know when each matters You’ve built real workflows that connect AI tools to production pipelines, not just played with individual tools in isolation You think in systems: inputs, outputs, handoffs, edge cases, documentation You can translate a creative team’s pain points into automated solutions without overengineering You’re constantly testing new AI models, tools, and platforms—not because it’s trendy, but because you want to understand what’s actually useful You’re a clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical teams and vice versa You’d rather build som
