Collier. Simon is an independent, full-service creative agency in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area. We work with our client partners to develop creative solutions that truly move the needle. Clients range from Fortune 500-type household names to up-and-comers across a variety of industries / verticals.

We prototype, build, and scale intelligent systems that automate repetitive work and create new efficiencies—combining cutting-edge tech with creative thinking to help teams work smarter, faster, and aim higher.
We’re looking for a Creative Technologist who lives at the intersection of AI, automation, and creative problem-solving.
This isn’t a “I use ChatGPT sometimes” role—we need someone who understands how large language models actually work, can architect end-to-end workflows, and knows when AI meaningfully saves time versus when it’s just a shiny distraction.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Creative Systems to translate complex creative needs into repeatable, scalable systems.
