This is an individual contributor role: you will own problem definition, the business case, and the roadmap for your product area, working alongside a Product Owner on backlog refinement and sprint execution.

We run a lean team, so this role blends product management and product ownership, and you should be comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on delivery detail.

Responsibilities

include: Own the roadmap for your product area, developed with direction from Product Leadership and in collaboration with peer Product Managers Define the problems to solve, target users, and intended business impact, captured in clear product briefs with success criteria Turn individual client requests into configurable, multi-tenant platform capabilities that serve the broader client base, rather than one-off solutions Build the business case behind prioritization recommendations; articulate tradeoffs and sequencing with supporting data Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to define and deliver data and AI-driven capabilities Monitor adoption, time-to-value, and client retention signals to confirm solutions are delivering value, and iterate after launch Collaborate with Product Owner and engineering partners to refine requirements and support execution, stepping into backlog and delivery detail as needed Communicate product vision, strategy, and
