We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established and growing building services consultancy in Brisbane. This is a senior position working across a strong pipeline of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, with the opportunity to take ownership of mechanical projects and play a key role within the Brisbane team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, architects, contractors and engineers across multiple disciplines, providing technical leadership throughout project delivery. About the Role • Lead mechanical building services projects from concept through to completion • Manage project delivery, client requirements and project timeframes • Deliver HVAC and mechanical designs, documentation and technical solutions • Work closely with Electrical, Hydraulic and other engineering disciplines • Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and project teams • Provide technical guidance and support to junior and intermediate engineers • Contribute to the continued growth of the Brisbane office About You • Degree qualified Mechanical Engineer • Strong Brisbane/QLD building services consulting experience • Proven experience delivering mechanical and HVAC projects • Experience leading projects and managing client relationships • Strong understanding of Australian Standards and relevant codes • Confident working across multidisciplinary project teams • Strong communication and technical leadership skills What's on Offer • Competitive salary package based on experience • Strong pipeline of Brisbane building services projects • Opportunity to lead major and technically complex developments • Established multidisciplinary engineering environment • Genuine opportunity to influence project delivery and team growth • Long-term career progression within a growing consultancy Apply now or contact Zach Cosgrave at Intro Recruitment Solutions for a confidential discussion.
