: Cotiviti Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to support one of its healthcare payment accuracy and analytics product suites. This role works closely with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to define requirements, build domain expertise, and support product delivery. The individual will bridge business and technology teams by gathering requirements, refining solutions, creating user stories, and ensuring successful execution in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities : Product Ownership & Agile Delivery : - Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, Architects, Agile teams, and Operations teams during Program Increment (PI) or other methodology of planning and execution. - Refine and manage the program backlog, ensuring readiness for PI Planning. - Prioritize and maintain the team backlog. - Create, groom, and manage features and user stories, ensuring they are ready for development. - Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure story completion within planned sprints. - Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, and impediments proactively. - Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Communicate product, functional, and operational issues effectively to both technical teams and leadership. Business Analysis & Requirements Management : - Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and facilitated sessions. - Translate complex business problems into effective technology solutions. - Conduct impact analysis and define features that address business needs. - Break down features into detailed user stories covering all applicable business scenarios. - Develop and maintain requirements documentation, including process flows, flowcharts, diagrams, models, and mockups. - Facilitate discussions to evaluate alternatives, gain stakeholder alignment, and drive decision-making. - Coordinate documentation required for implementation, deployment, and process handover. - Proactively analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and lead the implementation of enhancements that increase user productivity, operational efficiency, and overall user experience. - Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, and implement Agentic AI solutions that support business objectives and accelerate digital transformation initiatives. - Drive the adoption of AI-native and specification-driven development practices, ensuring teams leverage modern engineering approaches to improve delivery speed, solution quality, and alignment with product goals. Testing & Quality Assurance : - Collaborate with Product Owners, Development teams, and QA teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of business and technical requirements. - Create test scenarios, test scripts, and validation documentation. - Support testing activities by reviewing test cases, managing defects, and validating solutions. - Act as a quality assurance partner throughout the software development and testing lifecycle. - Work with technical teams to resolve test execution issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Demonstrate completed stories against defined acceptance criteria. Technical Collaboration : - Work closely with development, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to deliver product features. - Ensure adherence to technology and development standards. - Analyze data and perform database queries to support business and product decisions. - Create UI mockups, prototypes, and process models where required. - Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to stakeholders and management. Qualifications & Experience : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Electronics, Communication Engineering, or a related field. - 7+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 4 years as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Owner in a fast-paced Agile environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions. - Experience in feature creation, backlog management, user story development, refinement, estimation, and acceptance criteria definition. - Proven experience gathering requirements and managing requirement changes across multiple stakeholders. - Experience creating business documentation, process flows, decision trees, data flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes. - Strong understanding of system analysis, user interface design, and process modeling. - Experience working with complex relational databases and performing data analysis. - Ability to support testing activities, defect management, and quality assurance processes. Preferred Skills & Experience : - Experience in the US Healthcare domain. - Hands-on experience working within the SAFe Agile framework. - Strong user story writing and backlog refinement experience. - Experience with JIRA, Kanban boards, and Agile project management tools. - Good understanding of database concepts and relational database design. - Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data analysis and research. - Experience using SQL tools such as Toad, SQL Developer, or similar platforms. - Experience supporting test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management.
