Job Description

Overview Product Analyst is responsible for the release planning, status reporting and writing business requirements. The role includes understanding of the products and features, resource allocation, time management and risks’ evaluation.

Responsibilities

Create user stories and Plan software releases. Collaborate with the teams to allocate human resources, prioritize features. Effective communication including raising of time risks and mitigations plans including preparing status reports. Track customers’ bugs. Work with the PM and stakeholders to continue to refine business requirements.

Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar. 3+ years’ experience in business analysis or product management. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes. Detailed understanding of US healthcare with experience on Various EDI Healthcare transactions.

Understanding of the different integration points of healthcare transactions like Claims Adjudication, Claims Pricing, Claims Payment, member, provider and benefits. Good knowledge of the data formats, communication protocols, basic knowledge of the programming languages.
