Our product delivers operational efficiency and insight to investment management professionals — family offices, fund administrators, and alternative fund managers.

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Leader to lead our team of engineers, take ownership of our infrastructure, and help us elevate our CI/CD and automation processes to the next level.

If you thrive on complex challenges, know how to inspire a team, and possess deep expertise in AWS, we would love to hear from you. Your Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management: Team Leadership: Manage a team of DevOps engineers (assigning tasks, tracking execution, conducting reviews).

• Mentorship: Develop the technical and soft skills of your team members, conduct 1-on-1s, and create development plans.

• Processes: Optimize and build efficient workflows within the team (Agile, Kanban/Scrum).

• Infrastructure Management: Coordinate and maintain the rotation for monitoring critical infrastructure alerts, ensuring duties are distributed fairly and evenly across the team, including yourself.

• Strategy: Develop and implement the DevOps methodology, GitOps strategy and infrastructure roadmap.

• Collaboration: Maintain close communication with Development, QA, PMs, and other stakeholders. Technical & Architectural:

• CI/CD: Develop and maintain pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications (preferably GitLab CI / Jenkins).

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage infrastructure and configurations using Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation.

• Containerization: Writing Dockerfiles, building images and orchestrating containers using Docker, Docker Compose. Experience with Kubernetes is a big advantage.
