Remote Bilingual Patient Support Agent

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented, caring, and reliable bilingual professional to join our remote patient support team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey from scheduling appointments to receiving follow-up guidance after their visits. This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates based in Mexico.

What You Will Do

Respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations Provide patients with clear pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions Follow up with patients as needed to ensure they have the information they need Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions Handle multiple communication channels at the same time while keeping a calm, professional tone throughout Contract & Compensation $5.
