Product Manager - Trading/FinTech

Recruit123 is inviting experienced Product Managers specializing in trading technologies and FinTech platforms In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle—defining product vision, crafting PRDs, collaborating with quant/engineering teams, and driving the delivery of low-latency trading features, execution algorithms, and market access tools.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and sprint prioritization for trading platforms, Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), or retail/institutional investment products.

Translate complex trading workflows, regulatory mandates, and business goals into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate closely with software engineers, quantitative analysts, UI/UX designers, and infrastructure teams to build scalable, resilient, and low-latency trading features.

Partner with compliance, legal, and operational risk stakeholders to ensure products align with MAS regulatory expectations and financial market conduct standards.

Drive the design and enhancement of key trading functionalities, such as advanced order types, algorithmic execution strategies, real-time market data feeds, and margin/risk engines.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including trading volume, daily active traders (DAU), conversion rates, latency metrics, and client platform retention. Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and client feedback sessions across institutional desks, market makers, and retail active traders.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 to 7 years of product management experience within electronic trading platforms, wealthtech/brokerage apps, digital asset exchanges, or investment banking technology.
