We are looking to hire a Front Office Equities Support Specialist to provide frontline production support for our client in Singapore which is a leading global investment bank .
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Front Office Equities applications , ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical trading and risk platforms.
The role requires close collaboration with Front Office users, Application Development teams, Infrastructure Support teams, Global Production Support groups, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality support and maintain operational excellence.
In addition to day-to-day support responsibilities, the role provides opportunities to contribute to automation initiatives, process improvements, monitoring enhancements, AI-enabled operational tooling, and platform onboarding activities.
The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to Global Markets technology and develop a strong understanding of Front Office Equities trading and risk platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Front Office production/application support for Front Office Equities applications , ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical trading and risk platforms Work closely with traders and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve application, trade flow, and production issues.
Monitor trading platforms, application health, batch processes, and operational workflows to ensure system stability and availability. Manage Incidents a
