Flutter Developer Job Location : Hyderabad Experience : 3 to 8 Years Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Mode of Work : 5 Days office - Contract to Hire Shift Timings : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM but Flexible Timings Mandatory Skills : 3+ Years, Must skills: Flutter, iOS & Android & Rest API About the Role : We are seeking Flutter Developers to build the mobile experience for a customer-facing loyalty platform, covering both iOS and Android from a shared codebase. You will work alongside design and backend teams in an overlapping delivery model, implementing features as designs and API contracts become available. Responsibilities : - Build and maintain mobile application features using Flutter for iOS and Android - Implement UI from approved designs, working closely with the design team as designs are finalized - Integrate the mobile application with a backend-for-frontend (BFF) API layer - Support cross-platform consistency between mobile and web experiences - Contribute to accessibility implementation and mobile compatibility validation - Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards - Support integration and end-to-end testing efforts as needed - Collaborate with QA to resolve defects during hardening and release readiness phases Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with strong hands-on experience in Flutter - Experience shipping production apps to both iOS and Android - Experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs - Familiarity with mobile accessibility and platform-specific compatibility considerations - Experience working in agile, fast-paced delivery environments where design and development overlap - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Good communication skills and comfort collaborating directly with designers and backend engineers
