By bridging the gap between operational excellence and human capital management, you will directly influence employee engagement, organizational agility, and the overall success of our business units. we are seeking an accomplished Head - Human Resources for a Leading Energy Client of Catenon, a rapidly growing organisation in the Solar Renewable Energy sector, as it enters its next phase of organisational growth and transformation. This is a high - impact leadership mandate for an HR professional who can build, transform and scale the HR function, working directly with the senior leadership team. The role will encompass organisation design, HR transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, compensation, culture and HR governance. We are looking for a business - oriented HR leader with 15 - 20 years of experience, preferably having led HR in a growing, project - driven organisation and partnered closely with a Promoter, Director, CEO or senior leadership team. Sector Eligibility: - Energy, Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, Engineering, Construction and Infrastructure. Location: - Pune | Pune - based candidates ONLY.
