Head - Talent/Learning & Organizational Capability - Manufacturing

Role Overview: The Head of Talent Management & Learning & Development will serve as a strategic architect for the organization's human capital roadmap. In this leadership capacity, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of talent, from succession planning and high-potential identification to the deployment of comprehensive learning interventions. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to translate business challenges into talent solutions, ensuring that the workforce remains agile, skilled, and deeply engaged. This role is pivotal in shaping the organizational culture and driving the capability-building agenda that sustains our competitive advantage in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute comprehensive talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development, to ensure a robust pipeline of future-ready leaders. - Lead the end-to-end Learning & Development function by identifying skill gaps and deploying innovative learning management systems that enhance employee productivity and technical proficiency. - Partner with business heads to align talent initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring that human capital investments directly contribute to improved business outcomes. - Spearhead organizational development initiatives, including change management and culture-building programs, to foster an environment of continuous improvement and high engagement. - Utilize data-driven insights and talent analytics to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs, providing actionable recommendations to the leadership team for strategic refinement. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in designing and scaling enterprise-wide talent management frameworks and learning ecosystems within large, complex organizations. - Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of influencing C-suite executives and driving consensus across diverse business units. - Strong analytical acumen to interpret complex talent data and translate it into strategic initiatives that address organizational pain points. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a culture of mentorship and continuous learning across all levels of the organization. - A post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 20-21 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles. - Ability to thrive in a high-impact, on-site work environment in Pune, maintaining a hands-on approach to leadership and team development.
