-based company in the hospitality industry. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, invoice management, client billing, collections, financial record maintenance, and transaction processing.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, internal departments, and the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and efficient resolution of accounting-related issues.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and support financial accuracy through critical thinking.

Clear & Professional Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills when working with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Independent & Reliable: Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.

Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Accounts Payable Enter all invoices into Syncore system and/or QuickBooks Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow Accounts Receivable Invoice all clients upon order completion Make collection contacts on a routine basis Issue past-due notices and statements Royalty entry and submissions Assist with year-end financial statements Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions Any other tasks assigned by the Executive Team WHAT WE LO
