About the Role

We are hiring a Manager, FP&A to support our strategic planning, operational forecasting, and corporate decision-support, while partnering closely on active M&A execution. The right candidate owns the consolidated corporate model, drives rolling forecasts, and builds executive-level reporting.

Between core planning cycles, you will apply transaction-grade rigor to inorganic growth—leading M&A financial modeling, diligence, and post-merger integration. You are equally comfortable building complex SaaS operating models, unit-economic analyses, and M&A valuation models.

Direct experience in a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business is essential.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities Dual mandate – Move fluidly between deal execution and recurring operating-finance work, supporting both M&A workstreams and core FP&A deliverables as priorities shift through the year.

Transaction & capital structure modeling – Build and own valuation models, develop pro forma combined-entity P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections with QoE bridging; and model financing scenarios under various deal cases.

Financial diligence – Manage diligence workstreams; normalize EBITDA, separate one-time from recurring items, analyze working capital, validate management adjustments, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
