Location: Pune Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: CA / LLB / MBA / Postgraduate Key requirements: - 15+ years of relevant Payroll & Compliance experience - Strong India / Global Payroll exposure - Experience in outsourced / managed payroll services - Managed teams of 20 - 50 members - Strong client - facing & stakeholder management experience - Experience managing global payroll vendors - Process improvement & project management exposure - Strong knowledge of Payroll Tax, Labour Laws & Compliance - Excellent communication and MS Office skills
