FirstClub - Senior Manager - Risk & Loss Prevention

Role Overview: - Responsible for developing and implementing risk management, safety, compliance, loss prevention, and operational control strategies across business operations. - The role focuses on identifying operational risks, preventing financial and inventory losses, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement risk management and safety strategies across warehouses, dark stores, fulfilment centres, and other operational locations. - Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance audits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions. - Lead Loss Prevention and Asset Protection initiatives to minimize theft, fraud, inventory shrinkage, and operational losses. - Monitor and investigate internal/external theft, pilferage, fraud, misconduct, and policy violations. - Review CCTV footage and incident reports and coordinate investigations with relevant stakeholders. - Establish and monitor SOPs, safety standards, and operational controls. - Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, fire, occupational health & safety, and company requirements. - Develop incident management and emergency response procedures. - Track safety incidents, near misses, accidents, and risk observations and conduct RCA. - Prepare MIS, dashboards, risk reports, and management presentations highlighting key risk indicators and trends. - Partner with Operations, HR, Security, Quality, Facilities, Legal, and other functions to address risk and safety gaps. - Conduct training and awareness programs on safety, security, loss prevention, emergency preparedness, and compliance. - Manage and guide Risk, Safety, Security, and Loss Prevention teams across multiple locations. - Define KPI/KRI metrics and monitor performance against business targets. - Lead investigations of major incidents and provide recommendations to senior management. - Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, technology, and automation.
