Job Description

Location: South East QLD Role: Branch Manager - $110-130k + Super + Bonus + FMV Role Highlights: The Business Manager leads the branch within their identified location. Working with the Branch manager and Network Manager, the Business Manager leads, supports and manages the successful implementation and delivery of all Distribution financial quota objectives, initiatives, operations, projects and programs across their identified branch. The Business manager will also have a good understanding of the major accounts and requirements to service. Role Overview The Business Manager is responsible for leading the performance of an assigned branch, driving sales and operational success, and delivering agreed financial and business targets. Working closely with senior leadership and branch management, the role combines commercial leadership, people management, customer focus and operational discipline to achieve strong business outcomes. Responsibilities: • Lead the achievement of business strategies, financial targets and sales quotas. • Develop and coach a high-performing branch leadership team, including succession planning and career development. • Develop and execute sales and operational strategies across the assigned geographical area. • Drive consistent operational processes, reporting and performance disciplines. • Analyse business performance, identify opportunities and weaknesses, and take action to improve results. • Monitor market conditions, competitors, customers and suppliers, responding proactively to opportunities and challenges. • Build strong relationships with key customers and understand their service requirements. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards and legislative requirements. • Foster a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous development. • Partner effectively with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, inventory and distribution Candidate Profile: • Minimum 5 years experience in a Business Manager, Branch Manager or similar senior leadership role. • Business Management degree or relevant tertiary qualification desirable. • Strong background in sales execution, inventory and operation. • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams. • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing targets, analysing performance and driving results. • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. • Sound understanding of relevant products and services within the industry. • Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities. • Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel extensively. • Strong commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental standards.
